Support at Home, Made Straightforward
Talk It Through
A no-obligation conversation about what you need day to day, and what your funding allows. Family members, carers and advocates are welcome to be part of it.
Your Plan and Costs
You receive our price schedule and your service agreement before services commence, so there are no surprises. At least 14 days' written notice is given before any price change takes effect.
Start Services and Take Control
Your monthly statement shows the services you received, the government subsidy applied and any contribution you pay. Your plan is adjusted whenever your circumstances change.
